Free Standard Shipping
Home Run Trainer provides FREE standard ground shipping on all Home Run Trainer orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States.
Standard shipping is provided at no additional charge to the customer.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received by 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day will generally be processed for shipment that day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Central Time may be processed on the following business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized carrier holidays.
While we work to process orders promptly, order processing and carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Standard Ground Delivery
Unless an expedited shipping method is selected, orders are shipped using regular ground service.
Delivery times vary based on the destination, carrier, weather, seasonal shipping volume, and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Customers who require faster delivery may select an available expedited shipping option at checkout, including 3-Day, 2-Day, Express, or Overnight service, when available.
The customer is responsible for all additional charges associated with expedited shipping.
Expedited delivery times are based on carrier service commitments and begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Other Locations
Free standard shipping applies only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other destinations outside the contiguous 48 states are responsible for applicable shipping charges. Available shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout when available.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their orders.
International shipments may also be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Home Run Trainer unless expressly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays outside the control of Home Run Trainer.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. We do not ship or accept shipment to any PO BOXES. Please double check your street address, apartment or suite number, and zip code.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@homeruntrainer.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@homeruntrainer.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
